ANAF intends to sell some properties owned by Paul Phillip of Romania on October 26.
We will remind, he was finally sentenced in December 2020 to 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment in the case of the illegal return of the royal farm from Băneasa. The Romanian authorities have been trying to bring him to the country for more than 2 years.
On its way back, the tax office wants to auction off a set of properties worth 1.2 million lei (excluding VAT), including the initial price.
Note that this is the first auction, if it does not end successfully, the price will be reduced by 25%.
It is a separate unit – an apartment in the city of Sinaia (Teodora Aman St., No. 2), with an area of 303 square meters (with a useful area of 221.4 square meters).
According to the appraisal report, the structure has a brick structure, wood frame and ceramic tile cladding. Since the inspection was carried out externally, the finish is considered average.
It is also about an adjacent plot of land (plot 110/157) with an area of 156 square meters.
Interested persons must submit: no later than a day before the auction:
- purchase offer
- confirmation of payment of the participation fee or a guarantee of 10% of the starting price of the auction
- companies must provide a copy of the CUI
- Present a deed to natural persons
- Affidavit certifying that he is not a person related to the debtor (i.e. Paul from Romania)
The deadline for submitting proposals is October 25, 2023.
