​Hidroelectrica on Monday launched an online application “iHidro” for customer interaction with the company’s services. The program is available in the Android Play Store or the IOS App Store. However, some of the company’s customers are complaining about various errors on social networks. Hidroelektrica officials say they will be fixed. In some cases, there are installation issues, starting with users not receiving an activation link via email. Others complain that after installation, other people’s data appear, with other names, telephone numbers and addresses.

At the same time, there are situations when clients are notified that there are already accounts in their name. Other customers complain that it is not possible to specify a second place of consumption.

There are also lucky ones who managed to install their app, but they are unable to use it for payments. According to representatives of Hidroelectrica, this is a function that is not yet available, as it is necessary to go through the public procurement procedure to obtain it.

The main functions available for the Hidroelectrica application:

  • transfer of the index to Hidreoelectrica;
  • invoices, invoice history and current invoice payments;
  • places of consumption;
  • data about your Hidroelectrica customer account and current contracts;
  • opportunity and connection with Hidroelectrica;
  • Other parameters in the Hydroelectric application.

Hidroelectrica has approximately 500,000 consumption points, and a large number of current customers have switched to the state-owned company from other suppliers. Currently, about a thousand new requests for transfers are registered daily both in the online environment and at the manufacturer’s counters.

According to Hidroelectrica, the purpose of the program is to facilitate access to all contract data.
