The Ministry of Defense, headed by Rustem Umerov, approved the transfer of 3 combat modules of this type under his command. The “ShaBlya” complex is designed for reconnaissance and identification of targets on the battlefield, combating light combat equipment and firing at enemy positions.

“Thanks to the joint work of the developers and the “Accelerator” program of the Ministry of Defense, it was possible to overcome the obstacles to ShaBl’s entry into active service. We are glad that the Ukrainian system “Sablia” was appreciated not only by our military and the Ministry of Defense, but also by great friends of Ukraine, such as the ex-prime minister of Great Britain Boris Johnson,” said the head of the Telegram development group.

Boris Johnson expressed his admiration for this remotely controlled combat system during his visit to Ukraine.

According to the developers at Roboneers, the operator of the system uses a remote control unit and monitor that allow him to fight from behind the front. The combat platform can be used in a stationary role, but can also be mounted on other combat vehicles for active use at the front.

Ukrainian engineers began developing this combat system even before the start of the full-scale Russian invasion on February 24 last year.
