An alternative way for those who do not have a car is to buy long-distance train or bus tickets.

The choice of one of the options is made through a written request, submitted electronically or in the registry of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Protection of Children (DGASPC), by a person with a disability or any of the following persons: a legal entity, a representative, a personal assistant, a professional personal assistant or a friend , father, guardian, maternal assistant or a person who brings up and cares for a child with a severe or severe form of disability, on the basis of a social protection measure.
