The same category includes employees of the justice system who, during 2023, benefited from increased salaries/employment benefits due to administrative documents issued by credit authorities.

Other provisions of the order are aimed at strengthening the financial discipline of state operators.

“Since the income and expenditure budget is the main tool for forecasting and tracking the annual financial balance of business entities, the normative act adopted by the Government establishes that the income and expenditure estimates are submitted for approval to the Ministry of Finance within 120 days. from the date of entry into force of the annual law on the state budget and shall be approved within 150 days from the date of entry into force of the annual law on the state budget,” the Government’s message states.

Regarding newly created business entities, estimates of income and expenses are approved by the end of the current fiscal year.
