12 people got into a fight on Sunday night in the parking lot of a supermarket in Bucharest over parking spaces. According to a police press release cited by News.ro, seven people were injured and three were hospitalized.

“On October 29, 2023, around 4:35 p.m., the Bucharest Municipality Police Headquarters – Section 2 was informed that there was a conflict between several people in the parking lot of the complex, in Sector 1, due to a misunderstanding regarding the parking location. Having gone to the place, the police established that the conflict situation was settled, without the participants attacking each other,” the capital police reported.

However, later, around 5:20 p.m., the police were informed again that a new conflict was taking place in the same parking lot, in which 12 people participated.

“After the intervention of the police, the conflict was resolved. As a result of the event, 7 people were allegedly injured, 3 of them were taken to the hospital while conscious,” the source added.

All those involved were taken to the police station to establish the circumstances of the incident. Judicial sources told News.ro that the scandal started with parking spaces.
