Gabriel Oprea’s daughter, Ana-Maria Tudor, was also implicated in the 2016 scandal involving doctorates suspected of plagiarism from the National Academy of Information. At the time, Ana-Maria worked as an adviser at the Financial Supervisory Authority, as did her husband, Alexandru Tudor, who was also accused of plagiarism.
