An integrated team of transactional consultants from PwC Romania provided tax, accounting and IT support services to Alpha Bank Romania in the acquisition of retail operations – mobile payment applications, products and customer portfolio – Orange Money Romania.

In this transaction, tax assistance was provided by a team coordinated by Andrea Mitirice, Partner, consisting of Ramona Curta, Senior Manager, Monica Ardelin, Senior Manager. Accounting advisory services were provided by Kenneth Spiteri, Partner, and Oana Stoya, Manager.
