The second leg of the Premier League gave Liverpool a convincing 3-1 victory at Bournemouth, although they played in the minority for more than half an hour. Instead, Manchester United lost to Tottenham.

After a first half in which Eric ten Haag’s men were marked only by yellow cards, Tottenham opened the scoring in the 49th minute through Senegalese Pape Matar Sarr.

United were unable to equalise, instead the hosts doubled their lead late on through Welshman Ben Davies in the 83rd minute.

Liverpool – Bournemouth 3-1, in the second stage of the Premier League

Liverpool played the game of all time at Anfield Road against Bournemouth. The visitors opened the scoring in the 3rd minute thanks to Antoine Semenho.

Luis Diaz equalized in the 28th minute and Mohamed Salah scored eight minutes later after initially missing a penalty.

Jurgen Klopp’s men were down after the break in the 58th minute when Mack Allister saw red.

Despite being a man down, Diogo Hota made it 3-1 after just four minutes and the game’s fate remained unchanged until the end.
