The National Anti-Discrimination Council was also informed about the results of the performance at the Untold festival.

According to the results of the analysis of the information and verification of the reported circumstances, on August 8 of this year, criminal proceedings were initiated in this case under Art. 2, par. 1) from Law 61/1991, which consists of a fine of 1,000 lei, for “uttering insults, offensive or vulgar expressions that may disturb public order and peace or cause indignation of citizens or damage their dignity and honor”, – informs Cluj gendarmerie on Tuesday.
The institution clarifies that based on the results of the screening, the National Council for Combating Discrimination was sent to “analyze the artistic act, the words and expressions used from the point of view of committing anti-social manifestations of discrimination.”
