21 year old charged with robbery, grievous bodily harm, and violating gun lawswhile others involved are being sought.

According to the police, this group allegedly entered a house inhabited by 2 foreigners aged 41 and 21 in Kaminia on the afternoon of 08/02/2023. The above-mentioned persons, carrying a gun, knives, clubs and a hammer, attacked two victims, inflicting grievous bodily harm on them. The attackers, having taken money, personal documents and items from them, moved on foot towards Kaminia Square. The victims followed them in an attempt to prevent their escape, but were again attacked with physical force. The injured were taken to the hospital by ambulance.

The Piraeus security sub-direction set up a special group to identify and arrest the perpetrators, where, after searches, they found a 21-year-old boy who was identified as one of those involved in the attack.

The detainee has been taken to the Piraeus Criminal Prosecutor’s Office, while the search for the remaining members of the group continues.
