According to Tymoshenko, the wall has already stretched for three kilometers, construction is also ongoing in the Rivne and Zhytomyr regions of Ukraine.

“A ditch, an embankment, a concrete fence reinforced with barbed wire are engineering barriers that are being built in Volyn. Thus, approximately 3 km of the border has already been arranged, work is ongoing. This is not all, but we will not reveal the details. Work is also ongoing in the Rivne and Zhytomyr regions.”

He notes that in the regions bordering the territory of Russia, fortifications are being built and a border is being established. He added that the border guards have “all the necessary equipment to see the enemy from a distance.”

In October, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported that Belarus summoned the Ukrainian ambassador and accused Ukraine of preparing a coup d’état on Belarusian territory. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs believes that this is part of a plan to provoke the Russians.

In October, British intelligence considered that a new invasion of Ukraine from the territory of Belarus was unlikely due to the formation of a joint Belarusian-Russian grouping of troops.
