In blocking his entrance AUTHORIZATION, on Egnatias Street, in front of the checkpoint on the main campus road, students have been marching in the morning representing the EAAK scheme in their clubs. Those gathered shout slogans against the creation of the Group for the Protection of University Institutions (OPPI) in AUTH.
The students, members of the Panspudasica, gathered for the same reason in front of the AUTH administrative building, and their representatives submitted their requests to the administration of the Institution.
A statement from the local organization of universities OP Central Macedonia KKE said that “the government’s attempt to accelerate the transformation of universities into business will remain on paper, and the ‘iron fence’ of the university of business will find united students, workers and professors against it.”
After 10:00 in the morning, a corresponding mobilization of members of student organizations of the anti-authoritarian space began in front of the administrative building. Police forces are located around the perimeter of the AUTH administrative building.
