Romania’s futsal team reached the semi-finals of the Futsal World Cup on Thursday, defeating the United Arab Emirates 2-0.

Romania defeated the United Arab Emirates in the quarterfinals of the World Cup in mini-football

The Romanian national team awarded its presence in the box of aces of the Mini-Football World Cup.

The national team, coached by Virgil Bejenaru, had another successful match in the final tournament and defeated the UAE, the host country of the competition.

Andrii Shumelan opened the scoring in the tricolor team’s goal, and before the break the score became 2:0 after the opponents kicked the ball into their own goal.

In the semi-final phase, Romania will meet the winner of the Slovakia-Hungary duel, the match will take place on Friday.
