According to the Basketball Federation, tickets for the match of the national basketball team with Latvia for the qualifying matches of the World Cup have been sold. The race will take place in Heraklion, Crete.
The home matches of the men’s national team have become synonymous with a full house in recent months. After the crowded stadiums in which the Greek team played in June in Larissa and repeatedly in August in OAKA, the “official favorite” made another full house.
Tickets for tonight’s (19:00) World Cup 2023 qualifier decider against Latvia at the New CG Heraklion Stadium in Dyo Aorakia are sold out and the stadium will be pulsing with the pulse of over 5,000 spectators who will give the national team a boost to victory that will bring them even closer for another big summer date.
The Hellenic Basketball Federation thanks the sports fans of Crete and not only for the warm support they once again provided to the national teams.
The doors of the stadium for today’s match will open at 16:30, and those who have purchased tickets are asked to arrive on time to avoid crowds at the entrances.
