We are considering extending until the end of June the period when fines will not be applied to electronic invoices, said Finance Minister Marcel Bolosh.
“This digitization project, which imposes e-Invoice, is a nationwide project. It must be supported. I have heard of seniors learning to use e-invoicing. We have launched a simplified e-Invoice,” he said.
He also noted that the next step is a phone app.
Florin Gianu, president of CNIPMMR, told him that 6 out of 10 (small) entrepreneurs said their compliance costs had increased because they lacked digital skills.
“I travel around the country, talk to entrepreneurs. No director of ANAF communicates with entrepreneurs. You should take them out of their offices and meet them,” Jiang told Boloshu.
