The AFM presented on Wednesday some programs of significant interest and the amounts allocated to them in 2024:

– Casa Verde Fotovoltaice is the most requested program, so we have allocated a record budget of 2 billion lei for the registrations we will organize in 2024. We also have a budget of 250 million lei for 2024 to launch a financing session aimed at registering religious units, public institutions and non-profit legal entities in the field of social assistance that want to install photovoltaic panel systems for buildings. in which they operate;

– Program for improving the energy efficiency of public buildings. As we have received numerous requests to organize a new registration session from applicants who want financial support to modernize public buildings and make investments to improve their energy efficiency, this year we will launch a new funding session with a budget of 600 million leva;

– At the same time, there is an impressive demand for electric cars, which is constantly growing, so the total budget of the Rabla Plus program will be increased, in 2024 a budget of 1 billion lei will be allocated for the registration of individuals and legal entities. persons, and 300 million lei will be allocated for registrations as part of the Rabla Classic program;

– As we want to expand bike lanes, for 2024 we have proposed a budget of 600 million lei for a new registration session dedicated to the Bicycle Lanes Program;

– The public lighting program is one of the programs most requested by administrative-territorial units, as it is an important support for communes, cities and municipalities in Romania that want to modernize their public lighting systems. In 2024, an amount of 500 million lei will be provided to launch a funding session that will provide financial support to territorial administrative units to optimize energy consumption and, implicitly, reduce utility bills, as well as reduce greenhouse gas emissions;

– The program with the common name “Vodokanal” will receive a budget of 1.5 billion lei in 2024. It will be aimed at creating, expanding or modernizing water supply/sewerage systems, as there are still many settlements in our country where there is no water supply and drainage infrastructure:

– This year we will allocate 500 million lei for the Program aimed at updating the fleet of tractors and self-propelled agricultural machines. The purpose of the program is to support agricultural producers in order to purchase new tractors and self-propelled agricultural machines, including related, less polluting agricultural equipment;

– The Rabla program for stoves, which provides support for the purchase of home heating devices for settlements in mountainous areas, will be launched for the first time in 2024 with a budget of 500 million lei;

– Program for restoration of historically polluted objects, except for those regulated by special laws: 123.8 million lei;

– “Green Week” program – A budget of 100 million lei has been allocated for 2024;

– Junior Rangers Program – a pilot program, according to which students will carry out recreational activities in nature conservation areas of the country. This year, a budget of 10 million lei will be allocated.
