Specialists of the Ministry of Finance and the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (NAFA) are organizing two webinars on RO e-INVOICE on December 14 and 21. Their duration is 2 hours and includes a question/answer session.
Registration is carried out directly on the ANAF portal and can be done before the date and time of the start of the webinars, subject to availability.
From January 1, 2024, the national RO electronic invoicing system becomes mandatory for economic entities that supply goods and provide services in Romania.
Also, on the ANAF portal, the Guide to the use of the national electronic invoicing system RO e-Factura has been published in the section Assistance to taxpayers/Services offered to taxpayers/Up-to-date guides and other information materials.
The RO e-Factura national electronic invoicing system was created to provide business entities with an electronic service for issuing and receiving invoices.
International standardization of electronic invoicing has significant benefits in terms of operational savings, environmental impact and reduced administrative burden.
