
According to the law published in the Official Gazette (L353/2023), the offices of deputies and senators are exempted from the annual inventory that is carried out at the end of the mandate, according to fiscal consultant Adrian Benza.
According to it, as a general rule, reporting entities are required to conduct an inventory of property at least once during the financial year, which is usually carried out during the preparation and approval of annual financial statements.
According to the Accounting Law, we are talking about commercial companies, national companies/companies, autonomous governments, national research institutes, cooperative societies and other legal entities.
Basically, deputies’ offices became an exception to the rules.
