Tezaur titles intended for the public continue in November – December 2023. Romanians can subscribe from Monday, November 13. There are two issues for 1 and 3 years at rates of 6.15 – 7.25% per annum.

The subscription will be completed on December 15, 2023.
At the end of next year, the BNR predicts inflation of 4.8%.
Tezaur government securities are in dematerialized form, have a value of 1 lei and can be purchased directly from the Treasury, the Romanian Post or through a Virtual Private Space (SPV).
They can be transferred and redeemed in advance. An investor can make one or more subscriptions within the issue. Investors have the option to cancel already issued subscriptions only during the subscription period by submitting an application.
Individuals who are 18 years old on the date of subscription can participate. Income received from investing in government securities issued by the Ministry of Finance is not subject to taxation.
