Employees of the Ministry of Finance and ANAF are protesting on Monday. These are the residents of Covasna, Piatra Neamts, Buzau, Kalarasi, Foksani, Iasi, Satu Mare, Vaslui, Tirgu Mures, Rymnica Vilca, Deva, Cluj, Slobozia, Craiova, Botosani, Arad. According to the Sed Lex, they are before institutions.
The trade union notes that as a sign of solidarity with firefighters, policemen, gendarmes, and civilians affected by the explosions in Krevedia, it will organize a blood donation drive at the headquarters of the institutions.
The main demand of trade unions:
- Equal pay for equal work – by equalizing wages for equal functions
- Introduction to the Wage Law of Family Professional Finance
- Development of the financier’s charter
“Shares can stretch indefinitely, and also turn into street shares, because the dissatisfaction of colleagues in the tax department is much deeper and concerns:
- Lack of an integrated IT system
- There is an acute shortage of personnel (for example, there are 2 employees left in the management of banks, while 17 would be needed) due to the fact that there was no recruitment for a long time.
- Lack of suitable premises for activities
- Lack of legal protection for workers, as they are forced to defend themselves in the courts of multinational companies, powerful companies that maximize their profits (i.e. do not record profits and do not pay taxes to the government) and have the necessary financial resources to sue us mainly of our intimidation.”
