
Starting September 1, PwC Romania is promoting nine directors of the fiscal and legal consulting, audit and business consulting department.

Alexandru Podariou and Kristina Rusen will become directors of the business consulting practice, Alin Degadice, Georgiana Dobre, Ioana Radu, Monica Popescu, Raluka Spataruk, Serhiu Stefea will become directors of audit services, and Bohdan Karpa-viče will become directors of fiscal and legal consulting.

I will give to Alexander has over 15 years of professional experience in SAP implementation, planning and production in the soft drinks industry. He is responsible for a wide range of project management and digital strategy activities, including business consulting, requirements analysis and supplier evaluation, IT implementation and deployment, organizational change management and strategic business transformation in the local and European markets. Aleksandru focuses, in particular, on supporting clients in the process of digital transformation.
Christina Rusen joined the valuation and economics team of PwC Romania in 2008. Subsequently, she participated in numerous projects on various topics and industries, such as: business valuation, financial feasibility studies, energy studies, private investor screening, purchase cost allocation for the banking sector, assistance in financial forecasting. She is a member of the National Association of Authorized Appraisers of Romania (ANEVAR) and ACCA UK.
Alin Dagadita coordinates the Digital Identity (DI) team. With over 15 years of information security experience, 12 of which in Identity Management (IAM), he has been part of several international teams and executed numerous DI projects ranging from strategy, execution/implementation and even managed services for EMEA clients in sectors such as: financial services, telecommunications, retail, energy and utilities.
Georgiana Good is part of PwC Romania’s Broader Assurance Services (BAS), has more than 14 years of experience in GRC and internal audit, risk and control services. Its main goal is to introduce innovation, stimulate transformation in the field of GRC and internal control, which will increase the value of the services that PwC offers to its clients.
Ioana Radu will be the director of the audit department. She has extensive experience in audit practice, both external and internal, with a special emphasis on audits of shared service centers. His knowledge covers a wide range of areas such as ISA and PCAOB, as well as Romanian accounting standards, IFRS, US GAAP and other group reporting systems. She is a member of ACCA and the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR).
Monika Popescu works in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) practice for clients in the financial and banking industry. She graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Management Informatics of ASE Bucharest and the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Bucharest, and holds a PhD in Accounting. She is a member of the Council of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants of Romania (CECCAR) and is certified by ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
Raluka Spataruk has almost 13 years of experience in auditing, of which 9 years at PwC Romania, specializing in SSC and US GAAP audits. He graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies (bachelor and master in accounting, auditing and management informatics) and has been a member of ACCA since 2018.
Sergey Stefeya coordinates the audit department of the office in Timisoara. His experience includes financial statement audits conducted in accordance with Romanian law, US GAAP, IFRS and other group reporting standards. In addition, Serhiy participated in a three-year business trip to the PwC office in New York. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the Western University of Timisoara and a graduate of ASPAAS.
Bohdan Tsarpa-viche graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administrative Sciences and has a master’s degree in human resources and management communication. He joined PwC Romania in 2011 after more than 8 years of experience in central public administration. He is responsible for the coordination of personal tax assistance services for large clients in the energy, financial or retail sectors, and participates in consulting projects on personal tax regimes such as payroll, investment and tax residency.
