
The total amount verified and sent for calculations from the state budget to electricity and natural gas suppliers exceeded 18.7 billion lei, the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) reports. Over the past month, the amount approved under schemes for compensation of electricity bills has increased by 1.6 billion lei.
At the moment, 106 applications submitted for settlement are at the stage of analysis, they are being checked as operators upload data and supporting documents required by appointed experts. Calculations are made on the basis of GEO 118/2021 regarding the scheme of compensation for consumed energy and gas, for the period November 2021 – March 2022 and GEO 27/2022, for the period April 2022 – May 2023.
