
The Ministry of Family has developed a project that provides for the creation of three programs for children and pregnant women: “Child, smile”, “Maternal” and “Education for all”. The total cost of these programs is almost 1 billion lei (980 million lei), the amount is provided for 3 years of application.
The money will be allocated from the budget of the Ministry of Family.
Financial support will be provided on the basis of an application for enrollment in the program and supporting documents.

“One child, one smile” program.
Children aged 10-18 will receive money for consultations, medical examinations, dental treatment and the use of dental medical devices.
Children who come from families whose income does not exceed 8,000 lei net/family/month, as well as those who are placed under guardianship or guardianship, will be able to benefit.
Support is 1,500 lei/child/month in the form of electronic vouchers – cards.
In 2023, it would receive 10,000 children, in 2024, 20,000, and in 2025, 20,000 children.
Maternity for pregnant women at 10 weeks
Another program is Materynska. It is about the access of pregnant women to medical procedures and research necessary for the favorable course of pregnancy, which are not regulated by the insurance system.
Only pregnant women after the 10th week of pregnancy will be able to benefit, as it is about paying for medical treatment and examination.
Each person will receive assistance in the amount of 2,500 lei, regardless of the number of girls.
The amount is also provided as a voucher, but in two parts: 1,500 lei at the beginning (after entering the 10th week) and 1,000 lei after the 24th week.
This will benefit 10,000 women in 2023, 20,000 in 2024 and 20,000 in 2025.
Education for all: for children up to 11 years old
The third program of the project is “Education for all”. It is about supporting families to ensure the education of children up to the age of 11, when parents are at work.
Vouchers in the amount of 1,500 lei/month/child will be provided to families with a maximum net income of 8,000 lei/month/family.
This money is used to pay for the services of out-of-school, state or private kindergartens.
In 2023, it would receive 10,000 children, in 2024, 20,000, and in 2025, 20,000 children.
