Not less than 38 500 workplaces available through its 13 “open” programs State Employment Service (DYPA). Programs covering all age groups unemployed throughout the territory, but also targeted programs aimed at specific target groups that are most affected, in areas with pockets of unemployment. The grant in each case can even reach 100%, while depending on the duration of the program, the total amount is up to 17,000 euros per place. In particular, the “open” actions are as follows:

1. Recruitment of the unemployed who face significant barriers to their integration or reintegration into the labor market (for example, people with disabilities, single-parent families, unemployed people over 55, etc.). The grant covers up to 75% of salaries and contributions for 12-24 months (8500 places available).

2. Employment of long-term unemployed 45 years and older. The grant covers up to 80% of salary and contributions for 18 months (7650 places available).

3. Recruitment with a focus on the green economy and women. The grant covers up to 80% of wages and contributions for 15 months, up to 12,264 euros per new job (5,000 available vacancies).

4. Acquisition of professional experience for the unemployed aged 18-29 in the regions of Attica and Central Macedonia with 100% subsidy (5000 vacancies available).

5. Gain experience in the digital economy for the unemployed aged 18-29 with a 100% subsidy. We are talking about young people who have completed at least 50 hours of digital economy training. The professional experience lasts 6 months (30 hours per week) and DYPA pays directly to the beneficiaries a monthly net compensation of €594 (3900 available vacancies).

6. Recruitment of unemployed people aged 56 and over who completed the unemployment benefits program at the age of 55-67. The subsidy for salaries and contributions is 715 euros per month for 15 months, up to 8580 euros for a new job (3000 vacancies).

The grant, in each case, can even reach 100%.

7. Recruitment in the lignite regions of Western Macedonia and the Peloponnese of former employees of companies affected by the effects of delignitization. The grant covers up to 100% of wages and contributions for 12-18 months, up to 16,794 euros per job (1,700 available vacancies).

8. Employment of long-term unemployed aged 55-67 years. The grant covers up to 75% of salary and contributions for 12+12 months, up to 750 euros per month per beneficiary (1200 available places).

9. Recruitment of the unemployed aged 30-66 in the region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace. The grant covers up to 70% of wages and contributions for 12 months, renewable for another 12 months, up to €17,170 per job (1,000 available vacancies).

10. Acquisition of professional experience for unemployed young people aged 18-29 in the brown coal regions of the regions of Western Macedonia and the Peloponnese with a 100% subsidy.

eleven. Establishment of a new business predominantly by women aged 18-29 with a grant of 14,800 euros for 12 months (450 vacancies available).

12. Creating a new business in the digital economy, for the unemployed aged 18-29 with a grant of 14,800 euros for 12 months (300 positions available).

13. Acquisition of professional experience for the unemployed aged 18-30 in the municipalities of Istia-Edipsos and Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna Evia with 100% subsidy for 7 months (200 vacancies available).
