Agricover will not listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), investor appetite is low. According to a statement sent to the exchange, “the criteria for a successful closing of the offer were not met and therefore the offer was not completed by entering into an agreement.”

Investors who have correctly subscribed to the offer will receive a refund.

Another press release sent to the press said: “The Board of Directors of Agricover Holding SA has decided not to continue with the process of listing the shares on the Bucharest Stock Exchange due to the fact that in the current market conditions, the initially envisaged parameters would not be met.”
