The Ministry of the Environment is occupying ANAF staff’s time with old paper (fiscal certification) requested from Green House, information they could have accessed through the PatrimVen program, says Lucian Heyusch, President of the Treasury.

“Don’t worry, we’re already talking about 2 years of digitalization, and we have hundreds of thousands of people in the municipal and city tax office who come to get a certificate of natural person certification. They have to do the same in the city hall, because the representatives of environmental protection have established the requirements to have this format, that old paper in the file,” Heyush said during a conference organized by Cursdeguvernare.ro.

  • “Well, people, do we want to go digital? Do we want to take steps forward?”

“Hundreds of thousands of people are involved in 70,000 projects. This can be done very well through PatrimVen. They could take it directly (those from the Environment – not).” he clarified.

  • “We did this with more than 3 million Romanians who received social cards. The Ministry of Investments and Europrojects sent us a file with more than 3 million people. This was checked automatically. Those who did not fit were rejected. No one was forced to come and ask for a certificate.”

“If we don’t have (a functional system), isn’t it a shame to put hundreds of thousands of people on the road, putting pressure on my ANAF colleagues who might be doing something else? Now ANAF employees have to make that certificate, sign it, go to the director. We don’t want a file with a rail anymore, we boast that there were laws saying ‘no file with a rail’, but we still ask for it for the good stuff: Casa Verde,” explained Lucian Geiusz.
