The highway through the mountains, which leads to Brasov through all the holiday resorts of Vala Prahova, is the most anticipated highway in Romania. Politicians promised us this 30 years ago, and what was a dream for our parents is now a dream for us.
Instead, in a month, Brasov will be connected to major European cities at the international level thanks to the opening of an airport, the first built from scratch in Romania in the last 50 years.
It is an inauguration that will benefit many industries and sectors of the economy, even the real estate market, at a time when it is already growing in the city outside Tampa.
In the first months of this year, Brasov became the largest residential real estate market after the capital. And experts still see room for growth, in all segments, be it apartments or hotels. The freeway, when and if it is done, will be a bonus.
