In February, news site Platformer reported that the billionaire arsonist had pushed Twitter engineers to take steps to promote his messages on the network.

According to Platformer, under pressure from their boss, these employees changed their referral filters and mechanically increased the distribution of his tweets.

Elon Musk and Barack Obama are significantly ahead of singers Justin Bieber (113 million subscribers), Katy Perry (108) and Rihanna (108), who complete the top five, according to the data of the specialized website Social Blade.

Twitter announced that all users who had the blue badge, synonymous with certification, but who did not sign up for the new paid Twitter Blue subscription, will lose it from Friday, April 1.

In an internal address to company employees last week, Elon Musk said he valued Twitter at $20 billion, less than half the $44 billion he paid in October to gain control of the San Francisco group.
