
The United States capital has chosen an intelligent public lighting solution developed by a city outside Tampa to intelligently control 75,000 lighting fixtures in the city as part of a $309 million, 15-year project.

The latest Flashnet project, implemented jointly with ENGIE North America, is located right in the capital of the United States of America. So the local council decided to switch to LED technology and implement a solution that would improve the city’s efficiency, safety and sustainability.
With the introduction of the inteliLIGHT public lighting remote control system, Washington to reduce energy consumption by more than 50%, and Wi-Fi coverage can be expanded in developing areas. This initiative will not only benefit the community in terms of safety and quality of life, but will also help the municipality reduce maintenance costs.
