It should be noted that the special purpose vehicle EFKA was provided in the recent law No. 4892/2022 for the use of its real estate, which has at least 400 properties throughout the country, with a total objective value of more than $1 billion. In addition, among the first objects on the EFKA list to be used during 2023, and “K” represents today, including a 5-storey office building Megaro TSMEDE, with a total area of ​​4,214 sq.m., at Kolokotroni 4, next to the Old Parliament building in Athens, a property with a total area of ​​3,105 sq.m. m. at 58 Stadiou Street in Athens, another property at 6 Voulis Street, owned by EFKA, retained buildings in the center of Athens, as well as large properties or land in and around Piraeus (eg Thessaloniki). In particular, the list of properties under construction during 2023 includes properties at the following addresses: Piraeus 64, Piraeus 40, Zenonos 4, Stadiou 58, Kolokotroni 4, Veranzerou 26, Voulis 6, Neofitou Duka 7, Solonos 87- 89, Stadium. 28, Axarlian (Lekka 7), Voulis 8-10, Mamouris 14, Empedokleous 118 – Baironas, Dragatsaniou 8, Agios Konstantinou 16-18, Kolokotroni 44 and Sotiros Dios 44 in Piraeus, as well as Nikiforo Fokas 14 in Thessaloniki.

Characteristically, the 5-storey TMEDE building was completed in 1939 and was considered a preserved building, the building at 4 Kolokotroni Street is located next to the old parliament building and there are plans to create a hotel block or accommodate tourists, after the implementation of an investment program for the reconstruction of the building by a private tenant-investor , in relation to a 3-storey house at Stadiou 58, with a total area of ​​3,105 sq.m., which is classified as mothballed, being a typical example of Athenian neoclassicism of the 19th century.

Also, the building at 7 Neofitou Duka Street in Kolonaki is a three-storey neoclassical building with a semi-basement, at 6 Voulis Street there are actually two buildings with shops on the facade of one, which are considered preserved.
