In the Official Gazette for Thursday, December 29, 2022, HG no. 1555/2022, which establishes that employees of public institutions enjoy rest days with the recovery of January 23, 2023, June 2, 2023 and August 14, 2023.

GD No. 1555/2022 is mainly addressed to public system staff, detailing the days off these people will receive in 2023, with the restoration so that the schedule of those days off can be set in advance, consultant Adrian Benza said on Financial Friday.

The days off for employees of the state system are:

• January 23, 2023 with rehabilitation by extending the program until February 28, 2023;

• 06/02/2023 with rehabilitation by extending the program until 06/30/2023;

• August 14, 2023 with renewal by extending the program until August 31, 2023.

Days off are not granted to justices of the peace and categories of persons participating in the resolution of court cases whose deadlines are set for January 23, 2023, June 2, 2023, and August 14, 2023.

Days off are not provided even at those enterprises where the activity cannot be interrupted due to the specifics or production process.
