
The American bank is acquiring the shares of all minority shareholders, i.e. Hedosophia and Deca investment funds, as well as the family office of Marianne Latsis, in a deal reportedly worth more than 820 million euros.
It is recalled that immediately after the closing of the transaction with minority shareholders, discussions with the founders of the company continued on a number of issues related to the future valuation of Viva Wallet and stock options for employees.
