Janis Stojka, who was seen as a promising player on his Super League debut, has not been given many chances in his last spell at FCSB, with boss Gigi Bekali repeatedly announcing an impending split with the player.
The 20-year-old is a youth team player and is eligible under the U21 rules introduced in the Championship.
Two years ago, when signing the contract, Stoyka received a record termination clause of 500 million euros.
The striker is the son of former national team player Pompiliu Stojka, former player of Astra Ploiesti, Steaua, Petrolul and FC Moscow.
