Do you think we will see more electric cars on the streets? This is because sales continue to grow in France, as they have in Europe. In our country, the market share of this engine reaches at least 15%, this figure should continue to increase in the coming months. And this is thanks to an increasingly large offer, and not only from French manufacturers. Because brands from China also intend to gain a place of choice in the electric vehicle market worldwide. And it is already very active!

First place
And it is not for nothing that there are many manufacturers in China, some of which are already well established here, such as MG. Others are also arriving, such as BYD, which has launched a major offensive in the Old Continent, or even Nio and Xpeng. Not to mention young brands Zeekr or even Xiaomi, which also wants its share of the pie. With all of this in mind, it’s no wonder that China is emerging as a major automotive power. So much so that the latter officially became the world’s largest exporter of cars, finally overtaking Japan. A few months ago, Germany was already caught up.
Many exports
Yes, during the eleven months of 2023, the Celestial Empire exported no less than 4.41 million cars around the world. That corresponds to an increase of 58% compared to the same period in 2022, when Japan exported only 3.99 million cars at the same time. And this despite a 15% increase. If China was able to reach this first place, it is obviously thanks to its local brands, but also thanks to the foreign cars produced there, such as the Tesla Model 3 or the Dacia Spring.
