If Tesla was in a very bad position just a few years ago, it seems to be long forgotten. And it’s thanks to the arrival of the Model 3, an affordable sedan that allowed the manufacturer to achieve great success and finally become profitable. Then came the Model Y, which made the American company what it is today, namely the number 1 electric car in the world. But back to the Model 3, which is also one of the best-selling cars in the French and European markets, thanks in particular to its very good price and environmental bonus.

Not much to worry about
Several days ago, German organization TÜV (Technischer Überwachungsverein) has compiled a rating of cars that pass the technical inspection best or worst. And the least we can say is that it doesn’t bode well for the Model 3, which actually comes last. In fact, no less than 14.7% of tested copies failed, which is well above the average. Thus, the sedan was at the bottom of the rating from no less than 111 already tested cars. Then she takes a seat Dacia Logan.
What are the problems with the Tesla Model 3?
But what is most often criticized electric sedan ? Firstly, in the latter, the problems are mainly related to the wear of the suspensions. But that’s not all, because brake pads tend to rust over time. Thus, braking clearly loses effectiveness, making driving dangerous. And this is not news, as the German organization already noted the concern last year in its previous report.
