There are more and more electric car charging operators in France: IONITY, Fastned, TotalEnergies, Electra : it is not easy to navigate, choosing what suits you best. Choosing a station from one or the other is often quite arbitrary, depending on where you theoretically want to stop, the number of terminals available, the restaurants or facilities offered at the stations, etc. According to the SAP company, they would be just as interested in offering their customers a personalized service to attract and retain them over time.. According to the same principle is already applied by fuel distributors (Esso, Shell, Avia, TotalEnergies, etc.) that offer various services… But then what kinds of offers are we talking about?

Replenishment promotions

Offer discounts or special rates for charging sessions at certain times of the day, days of the week or seasons. For example, reduced rates in the evening, on weekends or in the summer months.

Subscription packages

Offer monthly or annual subscription plans which allow customers to take advantage of discounted tariffs, a certain number of free charging sessions or additional services.

Provide free or discounted services for users of their charging stationssuch as free Wi-Fi, drinks, snacks or comfortable seating areas such as Air France lounges.

Loyalty programs

Adjust loyalty programs that reward repeat customers with special benefits, points or discounts for future refills.

Bundles

Collaborate with other businesses, such as restaurants, cafes or car maintenance services, to offer attractive packages. For example, a free picnic with each top-up or a discount on service at a partner’s garage.

Discounts for electric parks

Offer special offers for businesses or fleets of electric vehicles who frequently use charging stations to encourage them to continue electrifying their fleet.

Offers must be adapted to the needs and preferences of drivers to encourage them to use the terminals, offering them a positive and, above all, personalized experience!
