It is noted that the legislation provides for the possibility for taxpayers to use the permanent mechanism of the Ministry of Finance to return the tax due to them. In particular, income tax for this year can be refunded:
– Fixed setting. It offers up to 24 installments, which, however, earn interest. The interest rate reaches 4.5% for 12 installments and over 6% for 24 installments. In order to be included in the arrangement, no part of the settlement debt must be past due.
– Payment by card. Taxpayers who decide to pay the entire amount at one time by card before the end of August will receive a 3% discount and payment in 12 interest-free installments.
– Payment in 8 installments. The second part of the income tax was already paid yesterday. The last installment must be paid at the end of February.
