Rule of law retreat conditions that prevail in many of his countries European Unionbut also the issues of judicial independence, tested in countries such as Poland, Hungary, primarily Turkey, etc., are the subject of the spring session, which will be held in the Concert Hall on June 1-3 and jointly organized by the European Association of Judges and the Association of Judges and Prosecutors.

The session is attended by delegations of judges from 42 countries, including prominent Europeans, as well as Greek court officials.

During the session, in addition to the issues of the retreat of the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary, other issues of great interest were discussed – the consequences of the war in Ukraine and massive persecution of judicial officials and lawyers in Turkey.
