According to the n-tv network, the police received a call this morning from the building manager, who said that the mailbox of the tenant was full of mail, but his whereabouts could not be determined.
Police and firefighters arrived at the apartment, where a man detonated an explosive device, causing a fire.
The exact circumstances of the incident are still being clarified, but the authorities do not rule out deliberate actions.
