
Eight year old child lost in the distance woodland from Michigan, managed to get out of the adventure alive to eat snow for two days and hid under a log.
Nade Niemi disappeared last Saturday while camping with his family in the Porcupine Mountains National Park.
While wandering around collected sticks for a fire, lost his bearings and his path, which caused an alarm and an operation involving 150 people to find and rescue him.
On Monday, he was found alive, “in good condition.” under a logat a distance of just over three kilometers from the family campsite.

“He defied the elements by hiding under a log, where he was spotted,” Michigan State Police said in a statement. “the child ate pure snow to get wet.”
The state police said the area is “extremely remote and hilly, with a lot of seasonal standing water and lots of impassable roads due to a lot of snow.”
