A new batch of classified documents allegedly contains classified information about the US government’s policy regarding Ukraine, Middle East And Chinaleaked to social media, according to the New York Times.

The same newspaper wrote on Thursday that the US Pentagon was investigating how documents were posted on social media this week about Western military aid to Kiev and plans to deploy Ukrainian forces ahead of a planned counteroffensive against Russian occupiers.

US officials said on Friday that Moscow could be behind the leak.

Reuters emphasizes that there was no reaction from the Kremlin on this matter.
