Many women work for the largest employers’ federation. BritanniaConfederation of British Industry (CBI), claim they have been victims sexual harassmenteven rape by its leaders, according to an investigation published today by The Guardian.
Others talked about the inappropriate behavior of leaders towards their younger colleagues. Everyone denounced the “misogynistic and toxic” climate at the CBI.
The document says the CBI expanded the investigation to include new allegations. “We will not hesitate to take the necessary measures when the investigation is completed,” the confederation said.
