“Russian terrorists continue to kill civilians,” the report said, without giving details of the attack.
Kherson was captured by Russian troops in the early days of Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine before its recapture by Kyiv troops in November.
Since the liberation, the city has been regularly subjected to artillery fire from Russian positions across the Dnieper.
For its part, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that The Russian army today struck at the command post of the Azov Battalion. Ukrainian forces in the southeastern Zaporozhye region.
The ministry no longer reported the attack in its daily bulletin in what Moscow calls a “special military operation” in Ukraine.

The Order of Azov, which has far-right and ultra-nationalist roots and is now a division of the Ukrainian National Guard, attracted international attention for its resistance to a Russian siege of the huge Mariupol steel plant last year.
The Russian Defense Ministry did not mention in its bulletin today the battle around the eastern town of Bakhmut, which Russian troops are trying to capture.
