An American volunteer group trained the Ukrainian military for several months to prepare them for a confrontation with Russian troops. However, the activities of those who call themselves opponents of Wagner have ceased after serious accusations, La Libre and Rador reported.

“Mozart’s band is dead,” a dejected Andrew Milburn announces to his comrades-in-arms. The former American colonel doesn’t even try to hide his disappointment at the bad news he has to share with the rest of the group. “I feel disgusted,” he adds to the New York Times.

Whoever heads the American private military organization “Mozart”, which calls itself a rival to Wagner’s militia, sees all his plans fall apart.

Foreign volunteers came to train Ukrainians

Operating in Ukraine for several months, these people helped Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s country with him by training soldiers, participating in the evacuation of the civilian population and collecting donations.

However, today due to accusations of financial irregularities – in particular – Mozart is laying down his arms. According to the New York Times, it’s like “stealing.”

Inadequate behavior while intoxicated

In the wake of these revelations, Mozart’s CFO Andrew Bain filed a lawsuit against his organization. In the complaint, he specifically targets chief operating officer Andrew Milburn, who he asked to be fired.

Speaking about the controversy in the troops, Mr Bain also highlighted the inappropriate behavior of the “commander”, often in a drunken state. In this way, he talked about Milburn’s scandalous statements about high-ranking officials of Ukraine. He also explained that he allowed his dog to urinate in the apartment he was generously provided with.

Although the accused admitted to drinking alcohol and making inappropriate statements, he nevertheless rejected the allegations of financial irregularities, which he described as “ridiculous”, quoted by La Libre and Rador.
