Forty five Ukrainians soldiers were released as part of a prisoner exchange with Russia The bodies of two Ukrainian soldiers were also repatriated, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine said today.
Official Andrei Yermak did not provide details about the Russians released during the exchange. He posted a video of a group of soldiers sitting in the back of a car and people telling them “Welcome to Ukraine” and then shouting “Glory to Ukraine.”
This prisoner exchange is the latest since Russia’s February 24 invasion of Ukraine.
