Undersecretary of Defense for International Security Affairs Dr. Celeste Wallander.
The US Secretary of State “departed November 5 for Turkey and Poland for high-level consultations on defense matters with these key NATO allies,” the Pentagon said in a statement.
During his stay in Turkey, Dr. Wallander will join the High Level Defense Panel of the Turkish Ministry of National Defense to discuss regional security and bilateral defense cooperation.
Regarding her program in Poland, she will join the High Level Defense Group with the Polish Ministry of Defense to discuss support for Ukraine, defense procurement and European security issues.
Ms. Wallander will also visit US troops in Poland.
