District Court 1 granted EOS Credit Funding’s request to review the lien in the enforcement file in which the debtor is Gabriela Arsen. The court decided to confirm the seizure of the debtor’s accounts and the obligation of a third party – Rotercom Prestige SRL to pay the debt in the amount of 119,005.16 lei (approximately 24,000 euros).
