From the description given in the explanatory note, it appears that the center, which will be built in Izvoran, on the shores of Lake Snagov, will serve as a training center for personnel for certain types of missions, as well as for meetings with various foreign officials away from prying eyes. In addition, the center in Cholpani commune will also serve as a recreation center for SRI employees.
