The first match of the Romanian Super League play-off ended with a 3-0 victory for the “University of Cluj” team against “Botosani”.

University of Cluj – FC Botosani 1-0, in the first stage of the Super League play-out

The team coached by Ioan Ovidiu Sabau scored through Dan Nistor (’15, penalty) and Ante Rogulic (’76, ’90+7).

Thanks to this success, “U Cluj” scored 24 points and secured the first place in the play-outs at the end of this stage.

On the other hand, FC Botosani remains last (11 points) and is getting closer to relegation.
